Chef Jack Jones, a successful Chicago restaurant owner is putting his “fork in the road” with a gourmet catering food truck.
After years of owning successful brick and mortar restaurants, Jack is bringing his talents to the Chicago food truck scene. Jack wants to add to the already unique line up of Chicago food trucks. He believes street food can be elevated to match the palates of Chicago’s sophisticated foodies. Our food truck team is excited about visiting the different neighborhoods and festivals that Chicago has to offer. We feel this will help to enhance our creative cooking abilities on the road.
May 2014 Jack’s Fork in the Road will be rolling on the streets of Chicago serving fast, fresh handcrafted sandwiches.
